About Me

I am temporarily closed and not taking any new clients until Feb 28th.

Many of our current problematic behaviors, thoughts and worldviews, have their root in past relationships ,or experiences that were emotionally, or psychologically damaging. In our work together, I'll help you to explore and overcome some of these emotional and psychological blocks. My passion is to hold the complexities of each person; to identify contributing factors and to provide the best treatment to help them to become their best selves.
For the past 18 years, I have journeyed with individuals, couples, and families through conflict in social services.  With a Master's degree from Seattle University in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have honed and crafted my skills to help Individuals, Couples, and Families navigate through the difficulties of life.

I have  significant experience treating
individuals and couples that have been impacted by sexual, physical, and verbal/psychological traumas. I specialize in treating men who struggle with pornography, sex, drug, and alcohol addictions.

CHILD, PARENTING and ADOPTION SERVICES

I  have considerable experience in providing counseling for children, adolescents, and teenagers.  In my previous role as an In-Home Family therapist, I provided parenting skills and coaching, performed Parent/Child assessments, engaged in trauma-informed Therapy and Play Therapy, family reconciliation services, and pre/post-adoption Family Therapy.  I am particularly skilled in working with parents who have adopted children of different ethnicities.  If you would like to know more, email/call me to set up an appointment.  Learn more about my counseling approach by clicking the tab PHILOSOPHY OF COUNSELING.
