About Me

I am temporarily closed and not taking any new clients until Feb 28th.

Many of our current problematic behaviors, thoughts, and worldviews have their root in past relationships or experiences that were emotionally or psychologically damaging. In our work together, I'll help you explore and overcome some of these emotional and psychological blocks. My passion is to understand each person's complexities, identify contributing factors, and provide the best treatment to help them become their best selves.
For 24 years, I have journeyed with individuals, couples, and families through conflict in social services.   I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Co-parenting Coach.  I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle University. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice. I honed and crafted my skills to help Individuals, Couples, and Families navigate through the difficulties of life.

I have  significant experience treating
individuals and couples that have been impacted by sexual, physical, and verbal/psychological traumas. I specialize in treating men who struggle with pornography, sex, drug, and alcohol addictions.

CHILD, PARENTING and ADOPTION SERVICES

I  have considerable experience in providing counseling for children, adolescents, and teenagers.  In my previous role as an In-Home Family therapist, I provided parenting skills and coaching, performed Parent/Child assessments, engaged in trauma-informed Therapy and Play Therapy, family reconciliation services, and pre/post-adoption Family Therapy.  I am particularly skilled in working with parents who have adopted children of different ethnicities.  If you would like to know more, email/call me to set up an appointment.  Learn more about my counseling approach by clicking the tab PHILOSOPHY OF COUNSELING.
